Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salinas, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of these specifications is to construct a decomposed granite walking path, bench pads and exercise pads in Cesar Chavez Park. The work covered in these specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete a DG walking path, bench pads and exercise pads(exercise pads to be field located) in accordance with this Request For Proposals (RFP) and the City Standard Plans and Specifications. It shall be understood that in addition to these services, all tasks incidental to contracted functions not specifically listed but normally included in dg path construction will be provided. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to negotiate with any qualified source(s), or to cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety.
