The project contemplated consists of: Replacement of existing diffusers in 28 aeration basins with a new a tapered grid of standard EPDM membrane diffusers Replacement of existing aeration piping, valves, and flow meter equipment back to the 90-inch main air header. Construction of selector zones consisting of a single baffle wall and VFD driven mixer in each basin. Replacement of existing plug flow influent piping, flow meter, and valve at each aeration basin. Demolition of false floors and ceramic diffuser layers in existing aeration basins to install new diffusers on the existing structural concrete floor. Rehabilitation of aeration basin concrete walls and walkways. Associated electrical, instrumentation, and controls work. MBE (13%), WBE (2%), DVBE (5%), SBE (5%) Completion- 1,925 calendar days
