Renovation of an educational facility in Lloydminster, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A fixed price quote, including all taxes, is required for mechanical upgrades related to the heating system upgrades at the Lakeland College campus building in Lloydminster, Alberta. Included will be the following general scope of work: .1 Replace all grooved-mechanical fittings and couplings on heating water and heating glycol piping. .2 Provide pre-manufactured insulation covers for new heating water and heating glycol couplings and fittings. .3 Replace existing isolation valves on heating water and heating glycol piping. Provide new flanged isolation valves on major branches. .4 Drain heating water and heating glycol piping back to bookstore. Save hydronic fluid for reuse. .5 Replace heating water and heating glycol piping with welded steel in inaccessible ceiling spaces and shaft spaces. Demolish and patch drywall ceilings as required to replace piping. .6 Separate breakout pricing for the following building chilled water piping .1 Changing grooved-mechanical gaskets and clamps on chilled water piping. .2 Replacing existing isolation valves and adding new flanged isolation valves on major branches. .3 Completely draining the chilled water system. Disposing of the existing ethylene glycol and replacing with propylene glycol. .4 Replacing chilled water piping with welded steel in inaccessible ceiling spaces and shaft spaces.
