Site work and new construction of a stadium in Lloydminster, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 90,500-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The City of Lloydminster is constructing a new event facility in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan as part of the recently announced development plan. The Lloydminster Place Event Facility will provide an event sized arena that will serve as both an ice rink and concert venue. In addition, a community sized arena, an outdoor rink, dressing rooms and suite level viewing boxes will also be constructed. The tentative design has estimated that there will be seating for approximately 2,500 people in the event arena, and seating for 500 people in the community arena. PCL Construction Management Inc. (PCL), as Construction Manager for the City of Lloydminster, requests Prequalification submissions from Respondents for the above-named project (the Project) as outlined in the Project Overview and the Design Reference Documents including the following preliminary documents which are attached herein: APPENDIX A: Overall Site Zone Diagram Request for Prequalification is requested only from Respondents for the following Scopes of Work: Mechanical Envelope Roofing Concrete Structure Electrical Structural Steel Refrigeration The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
