Renovation of an educational facility in Nipissing, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Mechanical: 1. Boiler Room: 1. Remove existing heating plant boilers (2x) complete with all piping, valves, chimney breeching and venting, drainage piping, pumps, and other accessories. 2. Construct new hot water heating plant including new piping, (3x) condensing boilers, primary pumping stations, chimney/venting system, upgrade propane gas line distribution, piping insulation and jackets. 3. Paint entire concreate slab and floor after job completion - epoxy paint - "grey", 2 layers - (floor up to hot water heaters slab) 4. Repair existing roof areas after old chimney vent removals. 5. Provide propane gas line extension for the new boilers. 6. Install boiler control stand alone with remote temperature sensors. 7. Perform any other work required by this contract. Electrical: 1. Disconnect existing power supplies from existing boilers and pumps, remove wires up to electrical panel. 2. Re-wire new boilers and circulating pumps as shown, provide new breakers in the existing electrical panel as required. 3. Perform any other work required by this contract.
