Site work for a mixed-use development in Deltona, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
All questions are to be directed, IN WRITING, to Mary E. Perez at meperez@deltonafl.gov seven calendar days prior to due date in order to issue an addenda. The deadline for questions for this bid is the 17th of April, 2023. Construction of approximately 260 LF of replacement sanitary sewer including all associated restoration work (pavement, curb, driveways, sodding), bypass pumping and noise attenuation, and rehabilitation of two (2) manholes. Bid Bond: Yes The City of Deltona reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to make the award to that Bidder/Respondent, who in the opinion of the City will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the City. The City of Deltona also reserves the right to reject the bid/proposal of any vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the City's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The City of Deltona reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders/respondents in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The City of Deltona reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in offers received, and may, at its discretion, request a re-bid, or abandon the project/procurement in its entirety.
