Keeping toilet sinks, and shower in current location, replacing all with new , and new faucets, mirrors, lights, flooring and storage areas. Creating with new pocket doors a separate shower/changing area and separate toilet space; new sinks to be solid surface counter with integral undermount sinks. Eliminating grout. Showers to be solid surface panels and base, no grout. New shut off valves for individual apartment or fixture isolation. New exhaust fans in both shower room and toilet room with delayed shut off to prevent moisture accumulation. Clean lines and neutral colors; maintainable space, allowing sinks to be used separately even if the shower or toilet room are occupied. ADA bathrooms updated with appropriate fixtures, movement space and accessories. Laundry Rooms: Replace/repair storefront, floor, lighting and furniture. This project entails a rolling punch list and completion deadlines, allowing for 5-10 bathrooms to be completed at a time.
