Saving Project...

Renovation of a day care center in Placentia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work include the installation of ceramic tiles per the instruction and the specifications depicted on the attached drawing Nos. 1 and 2, in addition to the specifications listed as "Tile, Section 09-3000. In addition, to the installation of Hardie backer and tile work of the walls, contractors will be responsible for the removal of beds and cabinetry after all personal items have been removed from the bed and cabinetry and push them 5 feet away to perform the work on the walls. Contractor will also be responsible for returning beds and cabinetry back to its original location. Each section must be completed with the original items moved back into their proper place at the end of each workday as clients of the Navigation Centers will be sleeping in their areas each night during the construction project.
