Optional Bid Item No. 5 OBI - Female Dorm (Bldg 54) - Condensing Unit Relocation This project is located at the Flatwoods Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located 35 of miles from Kingsport, TN, in Wise County. The address is 2803 Dungannon Road, Coeburn, VA 24230. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Center by calling (276) 395-3384. Payment: The contract lump sum price as shown in the Schedule of Items includes all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to relocate an existing condensing unit, this includes constructing a new cast-in-place equipment pad, extending refrigerant linesets, power, and control wiring, refrigerant, and testing for proper function after relocation.
