Site work for a water / sewer project in Berry Mills, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of the construction of a gravel drainage blanket for the new cell. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price. Bidders are advised that all inquiries pertaining to the contract documents must be submitted via e-mail to Peter Baxter - Technical Advisor, NB Regional Service Commissions on or before April 11th, 2023. Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of Southeast Regional Service Commission Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB or via e-mail through Peter Baxter Technical Advisor, NB Regional Service Commissions (peterbaxter.rscnb@outlook.com) for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set. Bid Documents are made available for the purpose of obtaining offers for this project and shall not be used for other purposes. Please note that tender submissions via e-mail (E-bids) will be accepted, as long as a matching hard copy is delivered to the Commission within ten (10) business days of the tender closing date.
