Renovation of a municipal facility in Berry Mills, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope. Please note that tender submissions via e-mail will be accepted, provided that a matching hard copy is delivered to the Commission within ten (10) business days of the bid closing date. E-bids are to be e-mailed to Stephane Leblanc, P.Eng. c/o stephane.leblanc@nbse.ca and received prior to the Bid closing time. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure the Bid is received prior to the Bid closing time. In general, the work consists of the removal of the existing make-up air unit, associated ductwork, and the installation of a new make-up air unit, new ductwork and hydronic heating coil at the Compost Facility at 100 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond, and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price. The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted. In addition, the Owner reserves the right to complete the project by its own forces.
