The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba SRTA is requesting Quotes for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive Quotes related to costs necessary for the supply and installation of video surveillance and access control systems. The organization serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York Counties. This solicitation covers the Middletown Train Station and Zarfoss Building, York locations. All quotes and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the SRTA. All costs incurred by proposers in the development of their proposals in responding to this RFQ are the sole responsibility of the Quoting firms. No such costs will be reimbursed by the SRTA. Furthermore, Quoting firms must not include such costs as part of their cost proposals to perform any work described in this RFQ. SRTA hereby notifies all Quoting Firms that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this RFQ advertisement or solicitation, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE's) will be afforded full opportunity to submit quotes in response and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award. The Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any informality in the RFQ process as the Authority may deem in any of its own best interest. Quotes received after the specified closing time will be considered late quotes and will not be evaluated for award.
