The City of Scotts Valley is requesting proposals for a three-year (with a maximum of five years) contract from qualified contractors to perform sewer line video evaluation on an as needed basis in various locations throughout the City. The City of Scotts Valley is a residential community located south of Silicon Valley. The City is approximately 4.6 square miles in size with a population of approximately 12,000. The City sewer collection system consists of roughly 260,000 linear feet of sewer lines that range from 8 to 12 inches in diameter. The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to perform Wastewater Collection System Inspection and Monitoring services in the City of Scotts Valley All technical questions regarding this RFP are required to be submitted via email to Phillip Linarte, Senior Civil Engineer, at plinarte@scottsvalley.gov no later than July 26th, at 5:00 PM. Responses to all questions, and any project addendums, will be posted on the city website on July 28th. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
