**As of July 14, 2023, project was awarded to Monterey Peninsula Engineering, awarded amount is $764,143.95.** Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as Bean Creek Road Rehabilitation and Number2019-08 consisting of demo and disposal of existing roadway, modification of existing drainage, installation of new walkways and crossings, and installation of new striping and signage per the 100% plans , dated 1/11/2023. The scope of work to be performed under this contract consists of the construction/repair of roadways, drainage and pedestrian paths of travel along Bean Creek Rd. The work specifically consists of: Construction, repair and/or replacement work is scheduled along Bean Creek Rd as outlined in the referenced plans and specifications. The work consists of demo and disposal of existing sections of Bean Creek Rd, modification of existing drainage systems, installation of new road base and asphalt paving, installation of new pedestrian pathways, Installation of new signage and striping. Work associated with this project also includes: Provision by Contractor of a proposed schedule of work, to be included with the bid submittal, that identifies key project milestones and requirements. Other items or details not mentioned above that are required by any provisions herein shall be performed, constructed or installed. Bids are required for the entire Work described herein. The work shall be completed 60 working days after issuance of notification to proceed.
