**As of June 21, 2023, project was awarded to Fury Siteworks In, awarded amount is $4,012,792.05.** The VALHALLA UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS proposes to provide water, storm sewer system and sanitary sewer system improvements within Bothell's Valhalla neighborhood (Valhalla). The general aspects of this work will involve replacement of the entire water distribution system and replacement of select storm sewer structures and pipes and select sewer pipes. Associated work includes pavement grind and overlay, replacement of damaged curb/ gutter/sidewalk, and a new ADA curb ramp. The total estimated construction cost for this project is in the range of $4,100,000 to $4,900,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is two hundred ten (210). The City of Bothell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City.
