Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work to be performed for this project consists of: abandonment or demolition of existing chain link fencing, fuel tank and pad, generator, 10-inch force main, and dry well; conversion of an existing sewerage wet well into a rock catch manhole; installation of a new 12-foot-diameter sewage wet well, a triplex submersible pumping system, a valve vault, a meter vault, approximately 98 linear feet of 14-inch force main ductile iron pipe including fittings and appurtenances, approximately 85 linear feet of 10-inch force main ductile iron piping including fittings and appurtenances, a backup generator, controls building, instrumentation and controls, approximately 250 linear feet of chain link fencing, one 24-foot chain-link double swing gate, approximately 62 linear feet of modular block retaining wall, and approximately 11 square yards of new asphalt driveway. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District. The Silver Lake Water & Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the bidding documents.
