4/17/2023 04:00:00 PM (MT) Deadline for Questions 5/9/2023 06:00:00 PM (MT) Tentative Council Approval The City of Farmington is seeking bidders to perform work under this contract that shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for emergency/on-call construction services as well as capital construction projects with specific needs on an "as needed basis" requiring small sewer repairs, repairing pipe and other miscellaneous sewer repairs. To include installation, rehabilitation, repair, and/or replacement of City-owned wastewater infrastructure in accordance with the Standard Specifications. The City of Farmington reserves the right to change this date should it be in our best interest to do so. Licensing - New Mexico Contractor License Bidders/Offerors are required to submit their executed bid bond along with the executed Power of Attorney by uploading it to their Bid/RFP. The required proposal guarantee shall be in the amount required in the Invitation to Bid or Invitation for Proposal. Please use the Bid Bond, Form AF-6 which is included in the "Attachments" tab of this bid.
