Site work for a water / sewer project in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 05/11/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for the inspection / study as well as construction documentation of the repair of an existing stormwater drainage pit at the Michigan Library and Historical Center An initial Phase 100 study to determine the exact status of the existing pit, pump and supporting equipment, and piping. Professional Service Contractors will need to determine what repairs are necessary to ensure continued reliable operation of the system and present a report outlining necessary repairs. Any necessary documentation and construction administration of the repairs to be carried out, Phase 500-600. Where possible all existing electrical and data equipment should be relocated to an interior location and out of its existing location within the stormwater pit.
