The City is seeking the services of an architectural firm (Consultant) specializing in aquatics design to assist the City with renovating or replacing the Facility by completing this Preliminary Design phase (Project), and an optional completion of all design services explained below. The City requires conceptual/schematic designs and opinion of probable cost estimates for design, construction, and operations for two options.The RFP includes an option for the City to enter into negotiations with the selected Consultant to complete the remainder of the design process. However, the continuation of services depends on successfully completing the preliminary design services phase. Please see the RFP for complete details. The City reserves the right to request replacement of Consultant personnel.
