Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Murrieta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Construction of curb, gutter, sidewalks, access ramps, aggregate base, asphalt pavement, asphalt grinding and overlay, traffic control and pavement markings, and other ancillary works all as shown on the Exhibits, Standard Plans, and specified in the Special Provisions. All material and equipment shall be delivered by Contractor to the site, or to the City yard if removal and salvage is specified on plans. Contractor shall coordinate with utility companies and allow for construction time for utility relocation by utility agency, at no additional cost to the City.
