Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work can be generally described to include but not limited to the following: Supply, installation, and testing of the following; - 150mm DR18 PVC CSA B137 Water Line; - 200mm CAN/CSA B1800 PVC Sanitary Sewer Line; - 200mm CAN/CSA B1800 PVC Storm Sewer Line - 1050mm dia. Precast Concrete Manholes to CAN/CSA A257 Series-19 - 1050mm dia. Precast Concrete Catch Basins to CAN/CSA A257 Series-19 - 150mm gate valves; - Fire hydrants; - Water Services - Sanitary Services; - Asphalt Paving; - Concrete curb & gutter; - Concrete sidewalk - Landscaping; - Traffic control; - Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the tender price made payable to the Town of Stellarton. Contract Security is required as shown in the Tender Documents. Tender Documents may be obtained from the Town of Stellarton., 250 Foord Street, Stellarton, NS, B0K 1S0.
