As of May 22, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/6/2023 5:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the state where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves construction of an extension to the existing water main from Fern Road, via directional drilling to Pearl Drive, and installation of water main along Pearl and Sylvia Drives; disconnect residential properties from private wells and connect to the new water main. The project will include road and property restoration. Prospective bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the project site. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
