The Board of Education, Independent School District No. 625, Saint Paul Public Schools, will receive electronic bids for: Classroom A/V Technology Upgrades: Central High School 275 Lexington Parkway North Saint Paul, MN. 55104 LEAP High School @ John A Johnson740 York Avenue Saint Paul, MN. 55106 In the event that regular daytime classes have been canceled at the time Bids are scheduled to be received, Bids will be received on the next business day at the same time Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashier's check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date This project consists of installing approximately 120 projectors in existing classrooms and conference room spaces 1. Contact the Printer in advance to order the documents or order on-line. 2. Make checks payable to ARC Central. 3. Documents may be picked up by bidders directly from the Printer. 4. If delivery of the documents is requested, charges shall be paid by the Bidder directly to the Printer. 5. The Owner will provide up to 8 sets of documents to the successful bidder. Additional sets may be purchased by the Contractor. Each bidder shall review the General Conditions of the Contract, Invitation To Bid Form and Contractor Verification of Compliance forms included in the project manual as noted in 1.6 D and E above, to verify eligibility for consideration under the criteria established for this project Install new classroom audio visual technology at Central High School (approximately 92 rooms) and LEAP High School @ John A Johnson (approximately 23 rooms). To include new projectors, speakers, controllers, associated support equipment, additional data, and projection surfaces as needed. A. The Owner intends to recommend award of Contract on April 18, 2023. Questions and clarifications should be presented during the pre-bid meeting or in writing to the buyer no later than March 30, 2023 at 12:00 noon. All responses to questions and clarifications will be done in the form of an addenda to be posted no later than April 3, 2023 by 12:00 noon
