Question Deadline 04/14/2023 at 1:30 PM CT The City of Duncan, OK (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Settling Ponds Improvements 1.02 Description of the Work 1. The Scope of Work for this project includes removal of vegetation and sediment of Settling Ponds #51, 52, 53, 54, 55, and 56 at the Duncan Water Treatment Plant. Each pond will be returned to the design capacity noted on the Plans. 2. The Scope of Work for this project includes the partial repair of the clay liner within Settling Ponds #53 and 56 to repair leakage failures in the liner. 1.03 The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before 180 days following the notice to proceed.
