The selected contractor, under the direction of the County, shall perform in a satisfactory and proper manner all the necessary services and tasks required under this solicitation. For a complete project design and scope, see the conditions and specifications set forth in the design documents from Valley Engineering found in Appendix A and Appendix B of this Invitation to bid. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request formal competitive sealed bids through the Invitation to Bid process to establish a contract for the replacement of the Domestic Hot Water system at the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County Regional Jail. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award. The County at its discretion may enter into an agreement with multiple bidders.
