Site work for a road / highway in Uniontown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project covers the installation of battery backup systems for five locations in the city. The work will cover all labor, materials, supplied equipment and performing all operations necessary for acceptable installation of battery backup systems and connection to existing traffic signal control systems. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. The bid guaranty must be submitted electronically. The apparent low bidder must submit the original document to the City of Green within 24 hours of the bid opening. Bid guaranty bonds or checks may be forwarded by registered mail in a sealed envelope labeled with the Project Name and Bid Guaranty Enclosed , addressed to the City of Green, Attention Finance Director (Bid Guaranty Enclosed), P.O. Box 278, Green, Ohio 44232-0278: or hand-carried and deposited at the Office of the Finance Director, City Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd., Uniontown, Ohio 44865. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents. Standard bonding documents will not be acceptable.
