The project shall consist of resurfacing ap- proximately 8923.26 of Island Road. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Re- vised Code. The bidder may supply for the Bid Guaranty for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; or the bidder may supply a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit for Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Circleville Township will require all work to be completed on this project by August 31, 2023. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or par- ties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder may be required to submit evidence of its experi- ences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Ad- ditionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chap- ter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Gover- nor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
