Renovation of a municipal facility in Americus, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide the City of Americus with a proposal to replace all Three Floors HVAC SYSTEMS at The Municipal Building. Any questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Contract, Contract General Conditions, Specifications, or Instructions to Bidders, shall be directed in writing to Mr. Roger P. Willis, Project Manager, by email at rwillis@americusga.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Americus for a State Licensed HVAC Contractor to replace all three (3) HVAC Systems at the Municipal Building.
