Description: The Project Scope of Assignment Includes: o The CONTRACTOR is responsible to obtain the required Village permits from; the Villages of Elk Grove Village, Hanover Park, Mount Prospect, Rolling Meadows and Schaumburg. o Removal and disposal of the existing roofing system. o Supply and install the rigid insulation boards to be placed on the variable depth concrete overlay above the Flexicore precast concrete panels. o Deck Drains will be removed and replaced. o Supply and install the PVC [white] Roofing System. o Supply and install detail treatments at the parapets and end caps. o Complete tuckpointing. o Brick removal and replacement, as necessary. o Upgrade existing weeps with Plastic Cell Vents. - Seal the Horizontal Reveals. o Supply and Install Masonry Sealcoat. o Any additional appurtenant work required to make this a well-constructed project, and all required safety measures and clean-up tasks to insure a successful project. o The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner. The safety of the Public, and the NSMJAWA Staff and the Contractor's Employees is the TOP PRIORITY. o The Contractor will work in a neat fashion and ensure a clean work environment. The Contractor will properly clean and dispose of all work debris and neatly store all tools at the end of each workday. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 20, 2023
