GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to Repair HVAC System located at USCG Station Oak Island; 300-A Caswell Beach Road, Oak Island, NC 28465 2. COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK: Upon acceptance the contractor shall commence work NLT 30 days after notice to proceed and work diligently to complete the entire work ready for use by 60 days after contract award. 3. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, safety equipment, engineering equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace USCG Station Oak Island HVAC Systems. The Offeror shall: HVAC: 3.1: Replace Galley HVAC (ACU-5): Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system that meets the following specifications: 4A6H4060G1000A Heat Pump and, TAM7BOC60H51SCB Air Handler. Using best industry install a new Heat Pump and Air Handler that meets the same specification as the removed. 3.2: Replace Stairway HVAC (ACU-10): Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system that's meets the following specification: NAXSST09A112A 9K Heat Pump and, NAXWST09A112A 9k BTU Wall Mount Air Handler Unit. Using best industry install a new Heat Pump and Air Handler Unit that meets the same specification(s) as the removed. 3.3: Replace West Attic HVAC (ACU-8): Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system that's meets the following specification: NAXSST24A112A 24K Heat Pump and, NAXWST24A112A 24k BTU Wall Mount Air Handler Unit. Using best industry install a new Heat Pump and Air Handler Unit that meets the same specification(s) as the removed. 3.4: Replace South Attic HVAC (ACU-16): Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system that's meets the following specification: NAXSST18A112A 18K Heat Pump and, NXWST18A112A 18K BTU Wall Mount Air Handler. Using best industry install a new Heat Pump and Air Handler Unit that meets the same specification(s) as the removed. 3.5: Replace Cupola Attic HVAC (ACU-13): Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system that's meets the following specification: NAXSST18A112A 18K Heat Pump and, NAXWST18A112A 18K BTU Wall Mount Air Handler. Using best industry install a new Heat Pump and Air Handler Unit that meets the same specification(s) as the removed. Please Note: 1. At conclusion to this Scope of Work, it is expected that ACU- 5, 8, 10, 13, and 16 will be fully functional and operating normally for the present seasonal environmental conditions. Operational system test of each system shall be conducted in the presence of the QAE. 2. While conducting repairs contained within this SOW if further troubleshooting efforts or repairs are required, contractor is to promptly notify QAE before proceeding and wait until directed by QAE to proceed. 3. All work will be conducted in accordance with and in compliance with any/all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations. 4. All materials and fasteners installed throughout the entirety of this Scope of Work shall be installed using materials that are conducive to a salt air environment and are corrosion resistant. 5. Contractor shall dispose of any removed equipment/materials offsite IAW any/all Federal, State, and/or local regulations. 4.
