Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewistown, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
a. The scope of work shall include: supplying, delivery, and complete installation, for one (1) 27 ton RTU with economizer at the Lewistown Elementary School located at 15501 E Ave L, Lewistown, IL 61542. Auditorium HVAC replacement work at Lewistown Jr. / Sr. High School Such bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages by the Bidder should he fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the following number of days: 10 after notification of acceptance of his proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
