Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewistown, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide Access Control on the New Handicap Access door at the Fulton County Courthouse. Coordinate the removal of the existing access control components and lock during the demolition phase. Reinstall all access control devices on the new door. Interface access control system to the handicap operator to operate only while the door is unlocked. THE will provide and install: (1) interface board Cables and associated materials to support the installation. Program, Test and Document the system 1year factor warranty excluding acts of GOD. Fulton County will be responsible for: City, county, state permits/license (if required) per site. Lifts if required. Electrical power and conduit if required. The Fulton County Clerk is accepting bids for the following: Fulton County Courthouse: Fulton County Courthouse West Entrance provide labor, material, and equipment to complete the following project: New aluminum entrance door with automatic door opener, concrete approach (approx. 8'x8') with detectable warning, handicap accessible 4' handrail, and new electrical from subpanel to device. All contractors must pay prevailing wage.
