Base bid includes renovation of an existing building at Brimfield site, construction of a new salt storage building at Brimfield site, renovation of an existing building at Edwards site, roof replacement at Lewistown site, and replacement of ridge shingles on a salt dome at Wyoming site. Alternate Bid G1 includes the provision / installation of new plastic laminate casework in lieu of salvage and reinstallation of existing casework at Edwards. Alternate Bid G2 includes full asphalt shingle replacement at the salt dome at Wyoming site.
