That the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, NY will receive sealed bids for stone; crusher run, red crusher run # 2's, # 3's, # 4's, surge stone, PA # 8 or (equivalent) PA # 6 or (equivalent) and anti-skid. All pricing shall be in US Tons F.O.B. including pick up at the plant, delivery and trucked to Town of Cochecton Highway Garage and delivery and trucked to various sites on Town of Cochecton Roads as directed by the Highway Superintendent. Bids must bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder. All bids shall be from June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days from the date of the bid opening. In the case two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price the Town Board may award the contract to any such bidder. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. The attention of the bidders is particularly called to the non-collusive bid certification which must be provided, pursuant to Sec. 103-D of the General Municipal Law and to the hours and wages and supplements of Sec. 220 et seq. of the Labor Law and that section 103-A of the General Municipal Law and Section 220 et seq. of the Labor Law are hereby considered to be part of any contract to purchase which may be entered into.
