Nysdot Region - 09 This project involves the rehabilitation or replacement of the existing Interstate Bridge #5, Skinners Falls - Milanville, over the Delaware River that was built in 1901. The bridge is located in the town of Cochecton, Sullivan County in New York, and Damascus Township, Wayne County in Pennsylvania. The project is being managed by PennDOT and partially funded by NYSDOT because it is an interstate bridge. County : Sullivan As of October 15,2025,the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2031 NYDOT - Rehabilitation or Replacement of the Existing Interstate Bridge *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
