Contract No. 23-PW3 -Plumbing: The scope of work includes water, sanitary, and gas piping; hose bibs, floor drains; plumbing fixtures;water heater; roof drain connections and connections to existing services. Contract No. 23-PW4 - Electrical: Thescope of work generally includes new 100 AMP distribution panel, wiring of facility, LED interior and exteriorlighting, emergency lighting, receptacles, and data outlets *This project is being bid by invitation only.
