Renovation of a municipal facility in Williams, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of removing existing EPDM roof membrane and insulation, including downspouts and collector heads and replacing with new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board and EPDM membrane, downspouts and collector heads. Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/9/2023 10:00:00 PM. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the online through the cut off period for question submissions. If the contracted amount is $25,000 or more, the successful Bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond covering the faithful performance of 100% of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Iowa DOT will provide the Performance and Payment Bond Form 131070 upon contract award.
