Renovation of a parking garage in Lake View, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Sealed separate bids are requested for the Town Highway Garage Roof, Insulation & General Repair Project consisting of roof replacement, abating old insulation and installing new spray foam insulation, and structural steel repairs to multiple areas in the garage, along with servicing all garage doors to operate properly and be weather tight. Any proposal will be rejected if there is any reason to believe that it is not in all respects fair and without fraud. Any or all proposals will be rejected if there is reason to believe that collusion exists among the bidders. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to advertise anew, or make an award to other than the low bid. PRC# 2023002968
