Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Lake View, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
Lake View Fire District is soliciting bids for the installation of camera systems and recording devices for the interior and exterior of their firehouses at 2005 Lakeview Rd and 6100 Lakeshore Rd, Lake View, NY. All bids must be submitted in writing, sealed, to the specified address. Submission of electronic bids is not permitted and will be declared void and rejected. Bids must be firm for ninety days. All bids must include an affirmed non-collusive bidding certification and an affirmed sexual harassment policy and training certification or will not be considered for award. If bidders have questions regarding specifications or other issues, they may submit a written request for interpretation or correction, which must be received at least seven days prior to the bid date. Any interpretation or correction will be made by Addendum only, issued not later than 48 hours before the bid date. Wick’s Law: This project is not governed by Wicks’ Law and can be provided by a sole contractor. Bids are requested for the installation of an interior and exterior security camera system at both fire stations, meeting the Board of Fire Commissioners specifications and needs. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 Written requests for interpretation or correction of specifications must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the Bid Date to be considered.
