City of East Cleveland announces a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for vendors to participate in the Engineering Services for the construction of waterline, sewer and road reconstruction which includes: o Preliminary and final design plans and specifications oPreparation of the bid packet oEnvironmental Assessment o Conduct all field testing and inspections (interim and final) o Preparation of detail plans, specifications, and cost estimates oBidding phase services o Construction phase services (i.e. Construction Administration and Resident Project Representative); and oOther special services. In the case a corporation is not chartered in Ohio with a proper certificate, it must show proof that it is authorized to do business in Ohio. The letter should specify the trade of interest. Deadline for all respondents' questions shall be April 10, 2023 at Noon. All questions must be in written form and sent by email to mleach@eastcleveland.org. Absolutely no questions accepted after deadline.
