Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of new play equipment, site furniture and pathways. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Removals; (b) Excavation and site grading; (c) CIP Concrete edging and timber edging; (d) Play equipment and swings; (e) Engineered wood fibre safety surfacing and drainage system; (f) Asphalt pathway; (g) Site furniture; and (h) Soil and sod.
