Notice is hereby given that FAMILIES OF SELF-HELP GROUP -126- , will receive sealed bids from ARIZONA LICENSED contractors and material suppliers for up to ten (10) houses, to be built AT THE Belleza Del Desierto Subdivision II in SAN LUIS, Arizona under the self-help method, ( Owner/Builder ). Contractors must bid separately on site-work, concrete form and finish, insulation, stucco, roof tile (Only Licensed Contractors will be permitted to bid and NO Sub-contractors or Subcontracting will be permitted), drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical including fixtures, cabinets and termite treatment. Material suppliers must bid separately on lumber/hardware/trusses/garage vents; fill sand, landscaping, range & overhead microwave, floor tile & carpet, and paint. Group -126- , will be built in the Belleza Del Desierto Subdivision on County 24th ST, San Luis Arizona. The bidder's attention is called to the Section 3 HUD Act of 1963, as amended by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, and the requirements of Section 3 Affirmative Action Plan; and the Standard Federal Equal Employment contract Specifications set forth in the Notice to Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity, Exec, and Order 11246. The bidder also shall comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Minority owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
