The Greenfield Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Roof Replacement Multi-Unit Building in Greenfield, Massachusetts, The Project consists of: Roof Replacement of one multi-unit building in an /disabled development. The work is estimated to cost $35,000. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The Materials under the Contract consists of 1. Asphalt Roof Shingles, Starter Strip, Underlayment, Rubberized Membrane Underlayment, Aluminum Drip Edge, Sheet Metal Flashing, Ridge Vent, Zinc Sheeting, Nails . In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Completion- 95 consecutive calendar days.
