As of May 17, 2024, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the final planning phase. It is anticipate bidding will commence in summer 2024 with construction following. Construction expected to take 12 month. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The initial contract will be for design services through and including solicitation of public bids. Subject to receipt of construction bids, the City may elect to extend the design services through construction and closeout. The City of Greenfield is soliciting qualifications for professional Designer Services relating to the design and construction of dewatering equipment at the Greenfield Wastewater Treatment Plant in Greenfield, MA per M.G.L. c. 7, 38A 1/2 -O. Specified Services(all chosen) Architect Engineer Designer Fee Negotiated Time Period for Completed Project 9-12 months The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
