Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this project is to modernize the space through the Workplace Transformation model and deliver a GC Co-Working Space for local Moncton Government of Canada employees. The modernization will incorporate all existing partitions into the design while keeping construction to a minimum. Along with minor construction implementation, the project will include, but not be limited to, paint touch-ups, replacement of existing ceiling tiles where applicable, HVAC coordination, lighting adjustments, and electrical considerations. Furniture supply and install will be coordinated with the BGIS TFMS team.
