Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Excavating existing parking lot to subgrade. .2 Placing, fine grading and compacting the granular sub-base and aggregate base materials. .3 Placing new asphalt concrete. .4 Installation of a catch basin complete with piping. .5 Lowering of an existing catch basin. .6 All required reinstatement, including topsoil and sodding around the perimeter of the work area.
