Renovation of a municipal facility in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Reconfiguring existing office spaces to accommodate new program functions. - Removal of interior non-loadbearing walls, ceilings, doors and finishes and associated electrical and mechanical components. .2 New work. - Construction of new non-loadbearing walls, ceilings, doors and finishes and associated electrical, mechanical, and controlled access components. .3 Temporarily relocate furniture and equipment in area of work as required to complete the renovation work. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. All bid submissions must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price.
