Renovation of a municipal facility in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of an office development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Replacement of the existing cooling system, including the condensor, the cooling coil in AHU-1, the refrigerant piping and all related control equipments by a new heatpump system including the new cooling/heating coil, the refrigerant piping and control equipements. .2 The existing condenser concrete pad will need to be extend for the new heatpump system, the existing metalic fence need to be removed and replace by concrete Jersey barrier. .3 Boiler Room existing heating piping without insulation is to be insulated and all piping with compress fitting is to be replace by black steel pipe as per existing. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. award is subject to final approval.
