Renovation of a mixed-use development in Topton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and library.
The contracts for the same will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidders for each trade taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the proposal for the performance of the contract.
