Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 85,035-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

Construction of the new McAdam/NMS K-5 School to accommodate new building and consisting of demolition of exisitng school, civil work, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, concrete foundations and slab on grade, structural steel and decking, masonry exterior walls, windows, man doors, exterior walls with metal siding, 2 ply mod. Bit. roof, interior walls and fit-ups, mechanical and Electrical equipment as indicated and directed by Engineer-Architect. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
